An 'ETA' product is a product that is not available at our Warehouse in India, but is available on back-order through our overseas vendors.

ETA products have a delivery timeline of 2-3 weeks, but, are generally available at a discounted price.

Pre-orders allow our customers first-access to some of the Limited Edition offerings, at very attractive pricings.

A pre-order product page has an estimated delivery timeline within the product description, to allow for a rough idea to our customers of when the product will release and subsequently be shipped to them.

Pre-orders in some cases might also carry freebies or other site-specific offerings or benefits, subject to change.

Our usual delivery timeline post-order may vary on the marking of the product and the delivery location of the customer.

For Regular Inventory: 3-5 Business days post-order.

For ETA products: 2-3 Weeks

For Pre-Orders: As mentioned on the product pre-order page.

For other Customised options: 1-2 Weeks post-order, unless mentioned.
