RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

    [-] A processing charge of 5% plus applicable taxes will be deducted on cancellation requests. If order has been cancelled after shipping, Shipping Charges (+reverse) will also be deducted from the Refund amount.
    [-] Refund will take 7-9 working days after Cancellation.

    [-] Once your return or cancellation is confirmed and received, the refund will be processed shortly back to your ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD by default.

    [-] As per your preference, you can also be issued a Gift Card of the same amount.
  • REPLACEMENTS

    [-] For any manufacturing defect, we do offer replacement for the products, provided the vendor allows us the same. Collectors will need to ship back the product for replacement in its absolute original condition, including all packaging and branding. Replacements would be shipped out only after the original order has been sent back and received and the contents have been confirmed by us, in its original packaging. 
    [-] If the box is tampered with or product is damaged, the orders will not be applicable for replacement or refund.
    [-] Sale items cannot be exchanged, replaced or refunded. Any existing condition (if applicable), will be present in the product description.
    [-] Video documentation while unboxing is mandatory for any kind of disputes/product returns.  
  • ETA PRODUCT ORDERS

    [-] Full payments are needed as ETA and other exclusively sourced products will be ordered instantly on the same or the following day.

    [-] All ETA products or Pre-orders are imported from outside of India, hence, once in-transit, are non-cancellable unless mentioned.

    To allow for errors, we can issue cancellation for ETA/Pre-orders products within 12 hours of the order receipt!
  • ORDER CHANGES OR PRE-REPLACEMENTS

    [-] Any product or order changes or order replacements must be done within 12 hours of placing orders. 

    [-] Any cancellation requests shall be made within 12 hours of the order.
